With a meticulously planned 5-day Nile Cruise, get ready for the trip of a lifetime with Dr. Mo tours. In ancient Egypt, there were five days of magnificence and five days of amazing adventures. From Cairo to Aswan, a 5-day Nile cruise leaves Luxor.

 

Tour Itinerary

Our agent will meet you in the hotel lobby and transport you to the Cairo airport where you will catch your flight to Luxor.

Transfer to your Nile cruise after landing in Luxor. boarding prior to 12:00.

The largest structure ever constructed in human history, the Karnak Temple Complex, can be found on the East Bank of Luxor, which you will see in the afternoon. The main construction is that of God Amun Ra since it was regarded as the abode of god on earth. The earlier structure dates to the middle kingdom, while there are some allusions to the earlier structures dating back to the third dynasty.

The Temple of Luxor, which was started by one of the 12th dynasty monarchs and finished by the famous pharaoh Ramses II, will be the next place you go. Similar to Karnak, this temple was situated in the center of ancient Thebes and was devoted to the chief/principal god Amun Re. You will be transferred back to your ship for some rest and leisure when your day trip is over. The personnel will run a folkloric Egyptian entertainment at night. In Luxor, supper will be given overnight.

On the Nile cruise, breakfast. Then, you’ll begin your enchanted tour of Thebes, the sacred region, by visiting the wet bank of Luxor and the Valley of the Kings, which is thought to be the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt and the location where our Pharaohs were interred.

You will next go to Deir El Bahari to see the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Because it was entirely carved into the mountain, this temple is regarded as one of the most beautiful specimens of ancient Egyptian architecture.

You will see the Colossi of Memnon, which belonged to king Amenhotep III, at the conclusion of the journey.

You will then head back to your ship to eat lunch. Free time in the afternoon. Dinner and a night’s sleep aboard the ship.

breakfast on board the ship. The guide will next lead you on an enigmatic journey to the country of mysteries. The Temple of Horus at Edfu, which is one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, is the first stop on this guided trip today. It is one of Egypt’s most magnificent temples.

You will then return to your ship after that. While traveling to Kom Ombo, lunch will be served on board.

You will move on to explore the Temple of Kom Ombo in the afternoon, which is where the two gods Sobek and Haroeris were once worshipped. Return to your ship and eat lunch while seeing the great river Nile’s distinctive scenery on the sun deck. The development and flourishing of the ancient Egyptian civilization took place on its banks.

You will return to your ship after the excursion to relax and refuel. While traveling to the city of Aswan, dinner will be served on board. Aswan is reached in the late afternoon; nighttime.

You will be given breakfast on board your ship. Later, you will go with your Egyptologist tour guide to explore the magnificent city of Aswan, including The High Dam, which was built in 1960 AD to defend Egypt from the Nile flood by Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser.

Once there, you will explore the Temple of Philae, which was built during the Greco-Roman era and was devoted to the goddess Isis. You will then enjoy floating on the Nile River by motor boat until you reach Agilika Island (mother of god Horus).

The Unfinished Obelisk, a magnificent site in Aswan formed of red granite and dedicated to the god Amun Ra, will be the last place you are taken.

You will return to your ship after your day trip is over. On board, lunch will be provided. On board, afternoon tea will be provided. free to enjoy oneself at night. Aswan’s dinner and overnight stay.

* Optional not included: departure for a trip to Abu Simbel’s temples. One of the wonders of ancient Egyptian architecture is the enormous Temple of Abu Simbel, which Ramses II (of the XIXth Dynasty) erected and recently managed to prevent from being submerged by the waters of the Nile. The sandstone rock cliffs from which the temples were carved are decorated with carvings of the gods to whom each was devoted. The modest Temple of the King’s wife Nefertari, which is dedicated to the goddess Hathor, is nearby and was also spared. a return to Aswan

Transfer to the airport so that you may catch your flight back to Cairo. When you arrive in Cairo, a transfer will take you to your accommodation.

Prices are listed in US dollars per person each trip, except for the holidays of Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter.

Policy Concerning Children:

0 – 01.99 Complimentary Pay 25% of tour price for 2 – 05.99 6 – 11.99 pay half the tour charge 12 and up pay the full adult tour charge.

Notes:

Children who share a room with their parents are charged at the kid rate (Max 2 Children in one Room)
