Tour Itinerary
The valley of The Kings
At 7:00 am, a Dr. Mo Tours licensed tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, Nile cruise, or even the airport in Luxor. You will then be driven to the West Bank and taken to the Valley of the Kings, where you will see the magnificent architecture that was used for burials and see where many kings are interred.
King Ramsess VI, King Mrenptah, King Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Tutmosis I, and King Tuthmosis III have the most well-known tombs, followed by Amenhotep II.
Hutshepsut Temple
The only pharaonic woman to rule ancient Egypt, Queen Hatshepsut built the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Dir El Bahari. She was the daughter of Thutmosis I and ruled Egypt for nearly 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (about 1490–1469 B.C.).
The Colossi of Memnon
The Colossi of Memnon, which are the remnants of Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple, is the next stop on your day tour.
Lunch at Local Restaurants Considering a complete meal for each person, but excluding beverages
Karnak Temple
After that, transfer to the East Bank of Luxor to begin your day tour of the Karnak Temple, the most revered structure ever temple dedicated to Amon, Mut, and Khonsu, the god of the sun.
Luxor Temple
