An 8-day Cairo and Nile cruise tour will allow you to explore Cairo's most important historical sites, travel to Aswan, and sail to Luxor in the utmost style.
Walk inside the famous Giza pyramids; discover the oldest pyramid ever discovered when you go to Saqqara and then fly to Aswan to discover Aswan's sights including the spectacular Temple of Philae that was rescued from the rising waters of Lake Nasser when the Aswan High Dam was once built. As you sail to Aswan, stop in Luxor to explore the ancient sites there as well as many others. Return to Cairo via plane and wave farewell to this historic region.
Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival at Cairo Int. Airport – Cairo Overnight
You will be greeted by our English-speaking representative when you arrive at Cairo International Airport.
I will help and assist you in all formalities including getting the Entry Visa and bag assistance, then transfer you to your hotel for check-in and overnight in Cairo.

Day 02: pyramids – Memphis and Sakkara – Cairo Overnight
After eating breakfast in your Cairo hotel, our English-speaking Egyptologist tour guide will pick you up and take you to the Pyramids of Giza, also known as “Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure,” where greatness is symbolized by three pyramids and is protected by a limestone statue of the Sphinx.
Then proceed to one of our nearby restaurants to enjoy your lunch.
Following that, you will move to Sakkara, where you will be thrilled to explore King Djoser’s Step Pyramid. This pyramid has a very nice story when king Djoser asked his chief Architect Imhotep to create something different so that the king could be buried. As a result, the renowned architect constructs the Step pyramid, surprising the king because it was seen to be a new accomplishment at the time.
Finally, we will drive towards Memphis, the place you can visit The Open Air Museum including the wonderful monuments of king Ramses II. After ending your day tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo for accommodation & overnight.

Day 03: Egyptian Museum – Citadel and Khan El Khalili
Breakfast at your hotel. Then you will be welcomed by our English Egyptologist tour guide to start your day trip by seeing The Egyptian Museum, which is regarded to be one of the most significant museums in the world, containing the Pharaonic monuments including those of the well-known monarch Tutankhamun. Additionally, you will have the wonderful opportunity to visit the Mummies’ Room, which is an opportunity you can’t imagine. You will have a good chance to see the great real pharaohs in their full body.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue on to the Old Cairo neighborhood where you may explore the Citadel of Salah El-Din, which was crucial in preserving Egypt for more than 700 years since it served as the capital.
When you get to Khan El Khalili, one of the most beautiful bazaars in the Middle East, we will accompany you there. You will be taken back to your accommodation after your day trip is over. Cairo overnight stay

Day 04: Fly to Aswan – Nile Cruise Overnight
Breakfast at your Cairo hotel, after which our representative will meet you to drive you to the airport so you can catch a flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival to Aswan, our representative will meet you at the airport, you will be transferred to your Nile Cruise for Embarkation and check-in, and Lunch will be on board the Cruise.
Later, you will go with your Egyptologist tour guide to explore the magnificent city of Aswan, including The High Dam, which was built in 1960 AD to defend Egypt from the Nile flood by Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser.
Once there, you’ll enjoy a motorboat sailing on the Nile River to Agilika Island, where you’ll explore the Temple of Philae, a building constructed during the Greco-Roman era and devoted to the goddess Isis (mother of god Horus).
Finally, you will be guided to visit one of the wonderful attractions in Aswan, The Unfinished Obelisk, which was carved out of red granite and was dedicated to the god Amun Ra.
You will be transferred to your Nile cruise and spend the night in Aswan when your day excursion is done.

Day 05: Kom ombo and Edfu Temples
Breakfast will be served on board your ship. The Temple of Kom Ombo, one of Egypt’s most magnificent temples and the site of a brief period of worship for the two gods Sobek and Haroeris, will be your next stop with your Egyptologist tour guide. Return to your ship and eat lunch while seeing the great river Nile’s distinctive scenery on the sun deck.
Enjoy a chariot ride in the afternoon to Edfu’s Temple of Horus, which is regarded as one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples. You’ll be taken back to your ship after your tour is over.
Enjoy yourself when you’re at The Nile River. On board, dinner will be provided. Staff on board will run the Egyptian Folkloric Show party at night.

Day 06: West Bank of Luxor
On the Nile cruise, breakfast. Then, you’ll begin your enchanted tour of Thebes, the sacred region, by visiting the wet bank of Luxor and the Valley of the Kings, which is thought to be the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt and the location where our Pharaohs were interred.
You will next go to Deir El Bahari to see the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Because it was entirely carved into the mountain, this temple is regarded as one of the most beautiful specimens of ancient Egyptian architecture.
After visiting the Colossi of Memnon, which belonged to King Amenhotep III, the tour will come to a conclusion, and you will board your ship to eat lunch and spend the night in Luxor.

Day 07: Disembarkations from Nile Cruise – Luxor East Bank – Fly to Cairo
Check out from your Nile cruise after breakfast.
Then you may enjoy your tour of Luxor’s East Bank, which includes the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex, which is thought to be the largest complex building in the world and spans 100 acres.
Finish your lovely journey with the Temple of Luxor, which was started by a ruler of the 12th dynasty and finished by Ramses II.
After that, take a flight back to Cairo from the airport in Luxor. You will be transferred to your hotel and spend the night in Cairo after arriving at the Cairo airport.
