Full Day Tour To EL Minya Egypt Visit Tuna EL Gabal Beni Hassan Tombs & Tell EL Amarna

At 6:00 am, our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and take you four hours to El Minya, Egypt, in a private A/C vehicle of the newest model. As soon as you arrive in El Minya, Egypt, begin your day tour by going to Tuna El Gabal. Tuna El Gabal was primarily the location of the ancient city of Hermopolis or El Ashmonien as it is now known, and it is now a popular archaeological destination for visitors to Egypt.

The worship of the god Thoth, who was revered in Ancient Egypt as early as the predynastic era, was centered on Tuna El Gabal and Hermopolis. It was used as the necropolis of the fifteenth province in Egypt.

Then, pay a visit to Beni Hassan’s tombs, which date from the Middle Kingdom era of Egyptian history. Many local rulers of the El Minya region were interred in these tombs throughout the reigns of the 11th dynasty, which governed Egypt from 2134 until 1991 BC, and the 12th dynasty, which lasted from 1991 until 1759 BC.
