A snorkelling boat day from El Gouna's marina to the reefs and islands offshore. You are picked up from your El Gouna hotel, board at Abu Tig marina and spend the day with two or three snorkelling stops, lunch on board and beach time. Equipment and life jackets are on the boat, and the crew guides beginners.
The reefs north of Hurghada around El Gouna are less visited than the main Hurghada sites, with colourful corals, reef fish, moray eels and the occasional turtle or dolphin pod. Sea conditions are usually calmest in the morning, and water temperatures range from about 22°C in winter to 28°C in summer.
